New laboratory registration

To register your laboratory with EDDNAL simply complete the EDDNAL Laboratory Registration Form once, copy and complete the Disease Registration Form for each disease that your laboratory provides clinical testing, and send these forms to EDDNAL via email [email protected]. (Fax: 003224772940)

For laboratories that test for a large number of diseases, the Disease Registration form can also be completed in Excel format. The Excel form asks for the same information, but is formatted as a spread-sheet.
